Users can quickly search the archive using thumbnails organized by folder, date, disc or tagged by Photo Backup. Then, people can select the photos needed and Photo Backup retrieves them.

If a person already has a collection of DVDs with existing backups, Photo Backup can fit right in with his workflow. The software sorts through the DVDs in minutes, indexes the files, and records what's already burned. Then, Photo Backup picks up the archive process from that point and continues to burn only new files.
