Anything Brands Online, Inc., Formerly SBMI, Announces Redomicile to Nevada, Name Change, Symbol Change and Reverse Split

Tucson, AZ (PRWEB) February 23, 2008 -- Anything Brands Online, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, reports that it has changed its name to Anything Brands Online, Inc. (the "Company"), while at the same time redomiciling to Nevada. Additionally, the Company has been issued a new trading symbol on the Pink Sheets.

The name change, symbol change and 21,700 for 1 reverse split became effective at the open of the market on January 17, 2008 and the new trading symbol on the Pink Sheets is ANYT (PINK SHEETS: ANYT.PK). The Company's new CUSIP number is 03735T102.

The Company's management believes that this name change was necessary to more accurately reflect the focus of the Company. According to Jean Morgan, President of Anything Brands Online, Inc., "future plans include the acquisition of online retail companies currently serving consumer, commercial and fleet customers and the new name fairly represents the core business strategy of our company."
